The product vision connects a legal entity, defined authority, and durable records so an organization can persist beyond a prompt, model, or individual operator. Humans retain signing and approval responsibilities.

Current status: launching soon. This public site is a product preview, not an operational formation service or a public API reference. Its dashboard, CLI, and workflow examples are illustrative. They do not file a company, obtain a tax identity, move funds, or approve documents. Navigation and launch actions are currently inactive.

Formation, tax identity, treasury, dashboard, CLI, and API capabilities described on the page express the product direction. Do not infer that a capability is available for public use from a demonstration. No public API endpoints, SDK installation instructions, or launch date are published here.
